Growth often leads to hiring additional staff. But what happens when your staff can’t quite articulate the same message about what you do to their customers and clients?
This is exactly what happened when I was asked to develop a party favor for a customer event. She explained what actuaries do, yet couldn’t quite find materials that would help us in creating the project. Upon further discussion, Independent Actuaries decided to hire Kirsten to help the Marketing Board of Directors develop materials they could hand out to their clients.
We ended up developing a product that explained the process of defined benefits in easy-to-understand terms. This product not only increased the trust and results with their clients, it also helped their clients explain the advantages of using Independent Actuaries to their customers.
